My latest blog post for @kentikinc about what’s happening to IP registrations in Russian occupied Ukraine. Big thanks to @meileaben of @ripencc for giving me the tip about the historical Whois query for RIPE registrations!
Kentik@kentikinc

In this new article, @DougMadory uncovers the "Russification" of #Ukrainian IP addresses -- a phenomenon that complicates the task of internet measurement and impacts Ukrainians connecting to the internet using #IP #addresses suddenly considered #Russian. bit.ly/3kmyoZ4

Side effect of the Twitter implosion will be decreased access to science and scholarship. While a sizable minority here may sneer at us, I think one of the most valuable things about Twitter has been the way it allows(allowed?) experts to engage with the public and each other.

Don’t miss @anildash's discussion with Fastly's VP of Product, Infrastructure Services, @janaiyengar, about this revolutionary transport layer network protocol that took over for the well-known #TCP. fastly.com/blog/a-quic-ch…
