I am a health insurance agent and represent all health coverage options for folks of all ages and income levels. Obamacare is broken. The Government subsidies that allow people to have health coverage for as little as 0$ premiums is the reason for the drain on the budget. It is not the answer- states should incorporate these folks into their Medicaid programs and leave the federal government out of it. Obamacare is not even good health insurance, as it is an instate coverage only (unless they pay much more for a PPO) and the 2026 plans will have a $10,600 max out of pocket for individuals, which, of course, not many can afford. Obamacare is only for the unhealthy folks with pre-existing conditions like cancer. And because of that, the insurance companies aren’t making money and are pulling out of states weekly

@KurtSupeCPA Yessir- same with independent health insurance and Medicare brokers- and we give professional advice at no charge to the client because the insurance companies pay us directly. Just be sure your agent has contracts with all companies so that you know all your options!

It’s always humorous to see heretics imply that Catholics aren’t “real” Christians. And yes, Lizzie, traditional Catholics are militantly opposed to heresy (e.g., Protestantism) and to obstinate heretics. Fun fact: were it not for the Catholic Church, you would know nothing about Our Lord Jesus Christ or His Gospel.

The critical illness/accident rider should be added to cover the max out of pocket to minimize financial exposure. Also, age is a factor in the premium, as the closer you are to 65, the higher premium. Lastly, for the above fore mentioned couple, an HSA plan might be considered if their tax situation could benefit

@candcsale @KurtSupeCPA That sounds high. I’m shopping insurance now and every broker that has responded has put a UHC plan in front of me at roughly $600 that is the equivalent of the UHC PPO I’m in currently via my employer.

So I'm putting this post up here because I'm sincerely tired of hiding some really horrible comments, especially from Protestants, as regards my posts on the Holy Eucharist, the Blessed Virgin Mary, etc. I will not be doing that anymore. If my Catholic posts upsets you, kindly block me because even after Lent, I will not stop talking about my Catholic faith, the Pope, the Mother of God, the Saints, the Church, etc.. Ask about me. The more I see your disgusting comments, the more I'd make my posts promoting the one true Church. If they make you uncomfortable, get exorcised by a priest because it clearly shows that you have a dark spirit inside of you. @sciencegirl Eat less than you need consistently on a daily basis until you reach 12% (men) or 25% (women) body fat. It is all about a calorie deficit. Sports and steps are an extra support, but you can't outlift, outrun or outstep a diet with too much calories.
