@AndrewCFC02 @NotTheJoeMarino @steve_reyers Interesting comparison. Malkin got dahlin head first where as mcavoy got benson more arm/shoulder. But…malkin didnt chase down dahlin. They were engaged. Mcavoy tracked benson down, skated past a linesman, and had a full windup.

Im sure benson knew what he was doing but he can make the argument they got tangled up racing for the puck and it would hold up

@carmmp1 @steve_reyers @NotTheJoeMarino Slewfoot almost are never actually penalized or dealt with after the fact in playoffs we had a couple we got away with in round one as did the Sabers but that’s on player Saftey and the refs which is an issue that needs to get dealt with

I truly don’t understand why people aren’t also equally appalled at Benson’s slewfoot. Yes, the stick slash is way more dangerous and far more violent and cannot happen. He will be suspended likely for 3-5 games. Benson slew-footed him up 4-1 in the final 2 minutes of a series-ending win, on a clear icing after Benson lost the race. McAvoy is 100% wrong for the slash, put blatantly ignoring context seems foolish to me.

@BruinsCapSpace Sabs fan here. Respectably, your defense is slow as shit. Bruins did a good job structurally to slow the Sabs rush, but you guys desperately need defensemen that can skate.

The Bruins have been eliminated by a more talented Buffalo team and enter the Offseason with about $16 million in cap space. Quick Thoughts -Need to add another elite forward or defenseman to become a serious contender. -Elias Lindholm is a bottom 6 center. -Future looks good (Hagens, Letourneau, Zellers)

Youth soccer players have to produce a birth certificate and have a picture taken - the info goes on a player card that the coach must show the referee before the start of a match or the kid - even 8 years old - doesn’t get to play. If your child wants to play neighborhood Little League with geographic boundaries, you need proof of your address to be eligible. Both sets of requirements are to prevent cheating by adults. But it seems Dems have no concerns about cheating in elections. Those are usually the cheaters.
