@kathleenmadigan The pope is not infallible. Some things he proclaims in very specific circumstances are infallible.

JD Vance says hes Catholic. Well, heres how actual Catholism works: the Pope is infallible. Period. He doesnt need ur advice. Class adjourned. (Ps, that is learned by 2nd grade.)

JD VANCE: "It would be best for the Vatican to stick to matters of morality, to stick to matters of, you know, what going on in the Catholic church and let the President of the United States stick to dictating American public policy."

Common sense has entered the chat….
While the Ontario prosecutors office has decided spending a few more million taxpayer dollars to appeal our aquitals and sentencing is perfectly fine, seeking 7 years in prison for myself and 8 years for @ChrisBarber1975, violent and repeat non-Canadian offenders are having their charges stayed, being granted exceptionally light sentences, and, incredibly, receiving absolute or conditional discharges to ensure their immigration processes won’t be impacted.
A two tier justice system is bad enough, but what message does this sent to the victims?
Kudos to this Judge for speaking out.

Bill C-22 (Lawful Access) allows the government to build a system that makes it easier to access your telecom data, your phone, internet, and other digital activity, by requiring networks to be ready for that access.
The problem is how that system is being built.
It is being shaped by government ministers, behind closed doors, and without full parliamentary scrutiny.
Ministers will set the rules for how your data is collected, retained, and accessed — through regulation, not through open debate in Parliament.
Bill C-22 is not just about access to your data.
It is about control over the system that makes that access possible.

I ask for prayers. I have been under some oppression of the enemy. The evil one can do a lot to turn people against us, foment division and bring turmoil. Then my secretary quit and 2 cooks resigned and an aide quit. The Sister assigned to take over got sick requiring rest. I began to worry how we can manage. The fire was an added worry, but I'm just so so grateful the Sisters got out alive, I don't care about the damages.
Tonight, what overtakes me is the Te Deum. I was found worthy to share some heavy crosses. Sursum corda, Mary Joseph. God is on the move.
