@rinrat86 @cbcgem Your screenshot reflects my understanding of what I paid for. I was able to watch a series ad free, but when I watched the CBC News Network on @cbcgem I got bombarded with ads. #fail

Only @cbcgem could be dumb enough to throw at least five commercials at a premium (paid) subscriber who is glad to support a national broadcaster. Subscription cancelled when the fifth ad started rolling. #StopMakingItEasyForPeopleToHateCBC

My @cbcgem freezes every commercial break when I watch live tv. It has been doing that since I signed up for it. Anyone has a trick to make it stop? It's very annoying.

We checked to see if the same was happening for us and Sorry For Your Loss is working without ads at the moment. Was it a specific episode? Can you make sure you weren't unintentionally logged out and, if not, check that your account status is still Premium? Just go to My Gem —> Account. Thank you!

@MJ_Goldstein So it's all episodes of Corrie? And can you confirm which device you're watching on and, if possible, which version of the app you're using? As much info as possible would be appreciated - we usually have to replicate the issue before we can work on a fix for it.

CBC Gem app used to have Upcoming Live Streams, this no longer exists since the app's latest update. I found it helpful to plan ahead. @cbcgem
