Lots of pharma companies will feign interest in building facilities etc, but once Trump is on his way out, say 2-3 years, they will revert to specialist overseas manufacturing

Theres also a 3/4 year lead time for most manufacturing facilities, you could maybe speed this up but only if you use the existing suppliers
