Idiot cop 1 literally told him to “Grab your stuff” He turned to do so and Idiot cop 2 tased him immediately (after incompetently repositioning herself too close) He then attempts to flee (maybe even defend himself from being tased and pepper-sprayed) and Idiot cop 2 shoots him in the back. The experiment of female cops on the street has proven that their physical and temperamental traits make them both ineffective and dangerous as LEOs. Their presence does not create deterrence, they substitute aggressiveness for assertiveness, and are so physically incapable of restraining anyone, that they resort to deadly force too often. The obese one waddling up at the end is a disgrace.
