Professional political liars like @mawarirej et al. repeatedly regurgitate cheap propaganda on @SABCNews & @Newzroom405 COMMAND AGRICULTURE was THOROUGHLY investigated by Parliament’s Public Accounts Committee (PAC) which was chaired by veteran opposition MP Tendai Biti All in all, the PAC Concluded that Dr Tagwirei’s Sakunda Holdings was paid $663 882 262 - that’s roughly $664 million. Check attached pictures Any other figure besides that is a LIE, it has no basis. By the way, the payments were in Treasury Bills… Do you know what it means????? It means Dr Tagwirei funded Command Agriculture using his money, govt promised to pay later. He basically lend money to the govt so that the country can produce food! A Treasury Bill is a promise to pay later, it’s not cash. Because of Command Agriculture, Zimbabwean land became PRODUCTIVE after years of lying idle due to lack of funding. This, totally UPENDED the USA’ narratives that the Land Reform program was a failure & was causing food shortages in Zimbabwe. In one go, Dr Tagwire had assisted the Zimbabwean govt to achieve food security & defeat US sanctions & narratives. For doing so, he was SANCTIONED by the USA. That’s the reason for the sanctions and the US made it clear! Instead of spreading lies & toxicity against the man, the worst Zimbabweans should do is to THANK HIM for rescuing the country and assisting in introducing a new way of funding Agriculture. Some truths that many South Africans seem to be struggling with: 1. Undocumented immigrants are not going anywhere. 2. Undocumented immigrants provide slave labour that the end of Apartheid got rid of. 3. The SAn govt enables oppressive govts elsewhere by not holding them accountable for their ppl here. 4. Big SAn businesses make a killing on the continent & bring that money to SA, impoverishing those nations. 5. There are no border fences & walls. People simply walk or swim across. 6. The Constitution, NPOs & many politicians protect undocumented immigrants. 7. South Africans prefer buying from & hiring undocumented immigrants, because they are much cheaper & work harder. 8. The difference between economic migrants from other parts of SA and those from the rest of the continent, are colonial borders. 9. South Africans refuse to get rid of the ANC coz they enjoy freebies from govt. 10. Undocumented foreigners don't pay income tax. 90% of South Africans don't pay income tax either. 11. Every single SAn benefits from undocumented foreigners in some way. 12. The only REAL issue we should be tackling is serious crime, which is also committed by South Africans. 13. Black SAns are more invested in chasing away Black foreigners than White & Asian foreigners. 14. South Africa is a British-American company & is governed to serve the wealthy, not the poor. 15. Politicians only care about money, not about you. That's why they'll never do what you ask them, but what will pay them best. Many South Africans act like children, and are in denial of these truths. They are happy to bash ppl like myself, or others - coz they hate taking accountability for their complicity in the conditions we see here. In closing: UNDOCUMENTED IMMIGRANTS ARE NOT GOING ANYWHERE. Those who genuinely want to see change must focus on upskilling SAns, helping SAns start businesses, vote differently, focus on serious crimes & build fences around your communities, with an access gate.
