The hate for Indian NRIs from Indians is unreal. I know many Indian NRIs are very obnoxious folks, many are Modichods, but no one deserves to have their lives upended by one stroke of a pen. That is wrong at every level. People have bought homes, they have kids in school. For many of these kids America is their home. Many H1-B holders have taken 10s of lakhs of loans for their education. This is draconian and very unfair, I really feel for the young H1-B folks. They don't deserve this. To be used as pawns in a game of high stakes negotiations.
