Tosin, Garnacho, Delap, Pedro Neto, Joao Pedro, Caicedo, Cucurella were all PL proven experienced players. Nothing has changed. All PR. The issue was when it was time to get the right profile players on high wages the club didn’t change policy and missed out.

Any believing this are fools. Chelsea have targeted immediate impact players before but failed to get them due to wage policy. Most of the targets are in the PL anyway, Rogers, Anderson, Wharton, Van Hecke. So don’t buy this as anything new.

What matters - Chelsea qualifying for CL next season again. Which looks unlikely with remaining fixtures. Chelsea is likely to finish 6th. So best bet is to finish above Aston Villa or hope they win Europa and Chelsea get CL thru 6th spot.
