@HMRCcustomers I will file a paper return then. Is there simply no way to access my online account now? I believe I owe tax but cannot check. Am I able to set up a new account if I cannot access this one? Thanks

@HMRCcustomers I'm unable to access my self assessment as I don't have access to my old UK phone number. Please advise as how to access now as online guidance is not helpful. Thanks!

@HMRCcustomers Hi thanks for this I managed to talk with one of your web advisers however in order to reset my access phone number information is required that I no longer have. Please advise what I am supposed to do as I am now unable to submit my self assessment.

@HMRCcustomers I am not provided with this option I am simply told to call HMRC. However I spent $20 already from just being on hold. Are there any other options? Thanks

@chad_mcdo You will be asked identification verification questions. You can update your telephone number once you have completed the verification process. Amandine 3/3
