My husby and I went out to dinner last night, and the bill came out to $200. I left a $50 tip on the table, thinking that was pretty reasonable. But the waiter looked at it and flat-out refused to take it. ​He told us that if we weren’t willing to leave at least $85, we shouldn’t be eating out in the first place. ​I was honestly caught off guard. I felt embarrassed sitting there, like we’d done something wrong. We weren’t trying to be cheap or disrespectful — I genuinely thought $50 was a fair tip for that bill. @WallStreetApes It says 5-9 hours is the expected wait, with 15 hours being the most. Still ridiculous, but a burst appendix they'd bring you back almost immediately as it would be considered a priority. Just swelling , perhaps not as high on the list but most likely wouldn't be 15 hours.

This is crazy A resident of Canada has a swollen appendix so was sent to the emergency room She shows the wait time screen…. It’s over 15 hours to see a doctor. She says she’s already been waiting 3 hours. So that’s 18 hours This is the Universal Healthcare system in Canada

It is what he requested, that in itself is an issue, so he is provided food. It’s his choice to not eat. The parents should also provide better choices

I'm not saying don't tell the kid that his tantrum is not the right way to express yourself, and the parents in the clip didn't agree to get him a "new" meal anyhow but just that kids need to be taught to emotionally regulate BY THEIR PARENTS

I am sorry about your child. No offence meant. But, too many children are not raised to behave civilly. They are raised to believe they can do no wrong. That is detrimental to actual development. They lack discipline and morals to be productive adults. That is all I'm saying. God bless you and your child.🙏

Most of them have been proven to not to work. That does NOT mean letting them run wild but kids don't know how to regulate emotions yet
