My brother in law is working in @letsblinkit as delivery staff. Few days ago he fell from bike during delivery and got seriously injured. He belongs from poor family and can't afford expensive treatments. But good part is that @letsblinkit team assured of full treatment under company health insurance with @ACKOIndia. Another notable good thing is that they provide mandatory 1 lakh health insurance to all riders but they told that if medical bills go beyond it they will reimburse it with company. Really appreciate this HR management from Blinkit.

@VishalMane7810 @DietDrsayajirao No blood thinning actually but lipid lowering medicine. I have taken just one Roseday F 10 by USV. I am now not taking this regularly because I don't want to be on lifelong medication just normalised it and opting to healthy diet and lifestyle is good enough for me.

Cardio exercises on gym like cycling and treadmill 30 minutes and lifting and muscles exercises 30 minutes. 60-75 minutes daily is fine for me. I do 20 minutes inclined treadmill daily. Being consistent and disciplined will give you best results. Do it daily never skip schedule of diet and exercise. No cheat meal or cheat day and you can see miracle to your body.

Quit Rice and wheat completely. Breakfast moong chilla, dal, egg and dryfruits @ 10 am Lunch Quinoa with dal and vegetables @ 2pm Dinner bajra roti or ragi roti with vegetable @ 6pm Intermittent fasting of 16 hours daily between 6pm to next morning 9-10 am. You can also add paneer, curd in your diet

Suffered from ED since past 2-3 years, weak erection and low libido made sexual life worst nightmare. I am 35 years old height 6 ft weight 90 kg and bmi 27.5. I am doing govt official work with no physical activity. I felt useless and impotent for my sexual life and my body has given me signals that it has gone too much dangerous level. Previously I have triglycerides around 600 and took medicine for it for 90 days Roseday F5 by USV pharma. After 3 months triglycerides came down around 200. I consulted cardiologist and he told me I have chronic familial hypertriglyceroidia and have to take lifelong medication. I think enough is enough let's take some hard steps. I removed rice and wheat from my diet and started eating millets. Quinoa instead of rice and bajra and ragi atta instead of gehu roti. 60 minutes cardio training in gym daily Intermittent fasting eating at 6pm and after next day at 10am. It's just 5th day today and I am seeing unbelievable change inside me. Iam feeling so light and full of energy I have never felt before. It's my true story Doctor as your one post randomly came into my timeline and I followed your tweets and it has changed everything. Still way to go but I have found the right path of life. Thank you Doctor. You're a living God for me.

जब मुझे लगता है कि मैं खराब खाना बनाता हूं तो मैं यात्रा करने जाता हूं और पैंट्री कार का खाना खा लेता हूं। या किसी स्टेशन पर 4.5 से ऊपर की रेटिंग देखकर भोजन ऑर्डर करता हूं। मुझे घर के खाने से प्यार हो जाता है। जब कल हम वर्धा से लौट रहे थे तो इटारसी में भोजन मंगाया गया। साथी प्रो गौरव तिवारी ने शोधकर भोजन मंगाया। रेल खुलने से ठीक पहले गाड़ी में भोजन डिलीवर हुआ। देखकर आत्मा अवसादग्रस्त हो गई। उस रेस्तरां की रेटिंग 4.6/5 थी। तब चर्चा के क्रम में यह बात निकली कि उत्पादों, संस्थानों की रेटिंग में एक खेल चल रहा है। बाकायदा पैड प्रमोशन चल रहा है। एक नेक्सस सक्रिय है जो पैसे लेकर लोगों से अच्छी (5/5) रेटिंग करवाता है और यह किसी भी संस्थान के किसी भी उत्पाद को बेहतर बताने लगता है। हम #RahuKetu देखने गए तो #IMDb पर उसकी रेटिंग 8+/10 थी। जो खाना मंगाया उसकी बता चुका हूं। कौन करता है यह? पता चला कि लोगों का समूह यही कर रहा है और रोज एक अच्छी राशि अपने अकाउंट में क्रेडिट होते देखता है। अभी बीते दिन #Flipkart ने एक गेम दिया और #Supercoin जीतने का मौका बताया। #अमेजन पर #Diomonds मिल रहे हैं। मैं केरल में था तो एक होटल वाला, जिसके यहां हम अक्सर भोजन के लिए जाते थे, ने चिरौरी की थी कि मैं गूगल मैप पर उसकी अच्छी विवेचना कर दूं। हमारे शहर में एक मोटर कंपनी ने एक व्यक्ति की नियुक्ति ही इसीलिए की है कि वह ऐप डाऊनलोड करवा कर बढ़िया रेटिंग दिलवाए।zomato, Swiggy और Blinkit #Oyo का कारोबार इसी रेटिंग के धंधे से फल फूल रहा है। सब कुछ प्रायोजित है। जो आक्रामक होकर यह कर रहा है और अच्छी बुरी पहुंच बना पा रहा है, वह सफल है। यहां ट्विटर पर ब्लू टिक हैंडल और फॉलोवर का द्वंद्व भी इसी का एक उदाहरण है। आप दूसरे के पास पहुंचने के लिए जो कर सकते हैं, करें। नैतिकता की बात बाद में होगी!
