I have since had the successful surgery so the road to recovery now begins. Unfortunately, this will keep me off the pitch for what is looking like a minimum of 8 weeks. Of course I’m absolutely gutted this has happened but I will be cheering the team on from the sidelines

After an unfortunate clash of heads in the last preseason game I have suffered a break in my Orbital Floor (bone that is part of the eye socket). Due to the break this caused an entrapment of an eye muscle meaning surgery was needed
