Watched a DII team blank a Power 5 team today over 10 innings. I understand it’s fall ball, lineups are fluid, however those DII players, especially the pitchers, played some DI level softball today. Do not discount DII ball, they can compete!!

Athletes… there’s more opportunities than just D1 softball to be competitive and play for National Titles. There’s some great coaches doing amazing things at other levels.

STAT: Every @UNGSoftball senior class since 2003 has played for a national title. At least once in every 4 yr period, North Georgia has played in either the NAIA Nationals or NCAA College World Series…and that includes 2 NCAA provisional member seasons as well as 2020 COVID yr.
