🇺🇸 Here is a health update on Team USA's Freddie Crittenden after advancing through the repechage round of the men's 110m hurdles. “It’s definitely a lot better. When I was going through my warmups, there was a lot of good things happening. I was able to get a lot of good pushes…I decided to keep the warmup really light and let the biggest effort be on the track and it worked out better.” He mentioned that there was the possibility of a disqualification under the ‘spirit of the sport’ rule that he was trying to game or protest the system. Still, officials checked with the Team USA, World Athletics and medical staff to confirm that wasn’t what he was trying to do. He's optimistic things will be progressing well with his muscle discomfort before the semifinal tomorrow. #Paris2024 #Olympics #Athletics
