Left knee still sucks, but working on it.

Well at least I kept my word and showed up to the gym! Haha
Did my @GigaChadetteSOL challenge a little differently and did deadlifts with a 65 lb trap bar, but I PROMISE i did my squats earlier 😊

Woo! After 2 1/2 weeks of tracking my workouts with the Shred app I hit a big 10 workouts logged!
I’m feeling it but I love this thing keeping me accountable and on track! It’s been a minute since I’ve had this level of consistency and conscious effort going into fitness.
