Under the military sargent rivers was literally out assassinating people, Abraham Adesanya had his car riddled with bullets! Bola Ige was killed in his own home, Abiola was imprisoned and killed in prison, Obasanjo was imprisoned, kudirat abiola was murdered in cold blood at allen junction (i remember this one as clear as day) still the opposition didn’t allow their voices to be silenced!
This opposition isn’t even facing 1/5th of what those guys faced and they stood their ground until democracy was achieved! but na INEC be una own bane, bcos na INEC say make people no fit build situation room or gather 10,000 loyalists who will signup as polling agents?!
if Obi had stayed in LP and used the last 4yrs to build the political infrastructure to prepare for this upcoming elections he won’t be in this mess at the moment!

INEC is literally fighting the opposition on behalf of Tinubu. APC is able to do these things because they do not have the power of the state against them. I don’t get why people like you are being wilfully dishonest. How is a party supposed to commission PU agents, situation room and the rest when they are on the brink of being deregistered or battling multiple FG-choreographed crises?

@Chinaecherem Opay is actually a Nigerian company but not owned by Nigerians.
One company is registered in a country, they are governed by that country law.
Their parents' company might be a foreign company, but Opay, as a subsidiary, is a Nigerian company.

This is a very terrible and wrong way to think about It lol.
Nigerian's can still buy the share when its listed, it's a game of liquidity and tbh our capital markets are not there yet.

Opay wants to go public, and it's for the US market. So Nigeria Market is good to make the money, but we ¥useless to own a piece of the company. This alone is enough for a lot of Nigeria to rethink because what they are telling us is that we are not relevant 👌

@OfficialSamkayz I don't see how that happens if they continue to offer excellent services to people. .
Last I checked, there is no law preventing them from listing in the US and OPAY is not really a Nigerian company.

This guy reminds me so much of Buhari. Poor track record boosted by aura, anecdotes, and the unsubstantiated feeling that "he's not one of them". Me I learnt my lessons from 2015 sha, never again. Everybody must show evidence.

How do I invest in American stock market while living in Nigeria?
Find an online broker that can accept you, do the forms (application forms, verify your identity and so on) and invest.
Nigeria isn’t a “black listed” country like some places, where hardly any brokers will accept - Somalia for example. There are plenty of options.
However, it depends how much money you have to invest.
Let’s keep this simple.
If the amount of money you have is pretty small and/or you can’t get the money out of Nigeria easily, then I would stick to local providers.
In comparison, if you have at least $500 a month to invest, or a decent lump sum, I would consider international providers.
Most people with money in the country want to diversify internationally and there is a reason for this.
It is safer and better.
