The Entrepreneur's Scholarship Unlocking Minds thru Education (ESUME) presented the Monica Kenney Scholarship Award on Wednesday night to twins Deja and DeNia Garner-Todd. The late, great Kenney was the former Cedar Hill ISD Education Foundation (CHEF) President.
