zuko alone is one of the best written episodes of the entire show. It's probably the first time where the public starts rooting for the "villain" and the kid not forgiving him makes the episode better bc for the first time zuko feels ashamed of being part of the fire nation

Dear Rian... I find it interesting that you share a multitude of your opinions here on twitter... -And then there's this one... If you're bold enough to share this opinion, and your opinion is that others shouldn't have opinions, I'd say no deal. Sorry. Just my opinion.

Not many people see the genius parallels and dynamics between amon and korra here. The final boat scene between Noatak and Tarrlok hits even harder because of how it reflects Korra’s own arc. Both Noatak and Korra were shaped from childhood into special people whose identities revolved entirely around power, expectation, and what they represented to the world. The difference is that Korra eventually learns to rebuild herself beyond the Avatar title, while Noatak never could. Noatak stops being Amon and becomes a brother again, but Tarrlok realizes they are both too damaged to escape the cycle they inherited. The explosion is horrifying because it’s not just death, it’s the complete loss of two people who never learned how to live as human beings outside the roles forced onto them. Korra surviving her trauma later on makes their ending hurt even more, because she became what they never managed to be. Someone who faced pain without letting it erase her humanity.

Neve Campbell and Matthew Lillard are allowed to repeatedly talk shit about Scream 5 and 6 without any consequences but if Melissa Barrera shades Spyglass and anyone who helped them for FIRING her, it's pitchforks. So unserious.
ARTPOP Revenge@DeanGagaKennedy

Most people had her back and agreed that her being fired was unjust, but for her to come out and attack the cast of the movie and movie its self is completely Unprofessional, she could've refuse questions for a movie she wasn't involved in or just stuck to Spyglass.

I was born male, identify as male, am perfectly happy being male, look conventionally male, and have never before been mistaken as female. You've fallen so deep into anti-trans nonsense that you're now saying "you're not a woman" to random clearly-visibly cis men. Seek help.

People act like the death of the past lives is something Korra did and not something that happened to her and that’s lowkey kinda disingenuous.
