The Civil Rights Museum in Greensboro, NC is a must see. This is where the desegregation movement was ignited by 4 college students who chose courage over comfort. 4 young men took a stand and helped change the world with conviction and purpose. We need that same courage today.

6 years ago today, we lost a true legend, Curly Neal. I’m forever grateful for the time I had to work with him and learn from greatness. It’s a different feeling when your idols become your colleague. This was one of our last appearances together, a moment I will always cherish.

Enjoyed visiting the Reginald F. Lewis African American History Museum in Baltimore. I learn something new in every city and country I visit. While I’ve earned both my bachelor’s and master’s degrees, these real-life experiences have taught me lessons no classroom ever could.
