“What if” by Kate Winslet, which was recorded for the 2001 film “Christmas Carol: The Movie” which BOMBED so fucking hard, is my Roman Empire. This song got radio play in December 2001 and then never again, but I remember. This song is never far from getting stuck in my head.

“Madame X” (2021) No interstitials or talking heads, just a fly-on-wall of the immersive world of Madame X. Polaroids were charity auctioned, classics were reimagined with world instrumentation, and new ones given a theatrical twist. On this scale, she flourishes!! 7/10

“Eurovision Interval Performance” (Israel 2019) A flop on many fronts; the gasmasked, gothic, cloaked dancers and nuclear winter motif jar amidst Eurovision, vocals go from worse to bad and Quavo phones it in! Redeemed slightly by a sneaked message for Palestinian peace. 3/10.
