Not only was the staff unable to help passengers who didn’t speak English, they made no effort to seek outside help for them. @SpiritAirlines, if you’re going to offer international flights to Latin America, you must have resources for Spanish speakers!

Today I served as a translator for @SpiritAirlines After a flight cancellation for an inability to fix a broken part on the plane (yikes), non English speaking passengers were completely uninformed about how to proceed because not a single staff member spoke Spanish.

I am beyond blessed and truly honored to be a part of the @NSF Sensory Ecology program at @uofcincy. This summer, I worked with @Eliz_Hobson to better understand aggression in bettas. I was also able to tag along and work with their parakeets!
