Customers are advised to verify the latest flight status with their airline before heading to the airport. If your flight has been cancelled, you can easily request a refund through the "My Trips" tab on the Cleartrip app: 1. Select your booking 2. Tap "Cancel Flight" 3. Choose "Flight Cancelled/Rescheduled by Airline" to opt for a refund Please note it usually takes 5-7 working days for the refund amount to be validated from the airline before we can initiate the refund from our end. We request your patience in this regard. We will notify you once the refund is processed from our end.

@Cleartrip Hi, I have NOT authorized a standard cancellation. A partial refund is not a resolution for a documented medical emergency. I have already escalated this regulatory non-compliance to the Ministry of Civil Aviation and HDFC Bank via email. Iexpect a full waiver as per the law

@Cleartrip hah, so when you get money from an airline, you'll don't have to do the math/accounting thereby realizing "oh this is because XYZ flight was canceled, we should process the refunds for all that booked XYZ flight with us".

Mom booked flights through Cleartrip and the airlines canceled them on the day of flight. Cleartrip didn’t automatically issue a refund, claiming they don’t monitor cancellations. So, you have to manually request it on the phone. This feels unethical, especially since Cleartrip gets the refund from the airlines but doesn’t automatically pass it to the consumer!

@Cleartrip The airline has nothing to do with it. There is a commercial waiver policy. Charges can be done under that. I have been harassed to no end. You haven't saved a rebooking. Now it may lead to auto cancellation. This is incompetence. Please fix it in the next couple of hours.
