Notice how he didn't give any examples of actual AI art by Hoyo. Hoyo or even Kuro have no proven cases of AI art usage meanwhile NTE literally has a whole AI generated video and multiple proven AI images as well. Most of hoyo "AI" images were proven to be mistakes by the artist
