Best sales guys are introverts Not extroverts Because introverts are incredibly good at pattern recognition You don't need to love speaking to people to be good at sales You need to be good at recognising that every conversation is the exact same Same patterns as the last Slightly different variations but the patterns are the exact same No it's not about some fake rapport that hyper social people have That's a huge misconception of sales and it comes off as sleazy Those types never make it long term and if they do it's not because of their sleazy attitude, there are other characteristics propping their career up

we can all smell your commission breath b2c closing calls aren't transactional when your closer starts order taking is the exact moment your offer tanks closing 70% with an organic audience isn't impressive good closers treat sales like a game constant pursuit of levelling up transforming people in the process seems obvious yet most sales managers and trainers train reps to overcome objections faster with gay reframes that's the easiest speedrun to have 6 figures in disputes

sales management lesson I learned the hard way while managing 7-figure sales teams for high-ticket coaching programs stop running weekly 1:1s with your reps as generic status updates. "How many dials did you get? What’s in the pipeline? Any updates?” those meetings are an absolute waste of your time and theirs and teach reps nothing about getting better. You can get the exact same information by texting your reps. instead, obsess over “objection autopsy's”, focused only on lost deals ONLY which objection actually shanked the sale? when we made this shift reps started spotting recurring patterns early, discovery instantly became smooth yet surgical and objection handling became the simplest of all and pipeline health improved almost overnight

most closers are fucking terrible i spent years inside companies doing multi 7 figs per month most of the closers there were collecting under 40k CC per month i used to make more flipping bags at the airport absolutely disgusting watching them treat it like a 9-5 the gap between good closers and 'mid' closers is massive lost breed

after running 7-figure sales teams I stopped tracking dials completely they don’t predict revenue next step commitment does every touchpoint needs a clear action if there’s no commitment the deal is already dying we built everything around this

if you post 10k word ai slop articles 7 times a week you are training your audience to ignore you you are teaching them that your words = bullshit frame rule #1: apply less energy than your adversary there's a "sweet spot" that both shows your expertise without being over the top most will miss the value of these short words

Outreach is stupid simple. I’ve been busy GTM with new clients. Finally settled down. Outreached for 2 hours. Booked a call for Friday and got multiple leads interested. If you’re not getting replies… Your offer is most likely unclear or just bad. Fix it.

Growth operators in the info space leak cash with their growth OS They design the entire system around the creator's energy and availability instead of repeatable buyer psychology. Buyers don’t convert because he downed 3 redbulls and cooked on that one discovery call They convert if every touchpoint consistently and predictably moves them through psychological sequences: - deep clarity on the EXACT outcome they’ll achieve - building genuine emotional conviction that X program is fundamentally different from what they’ve tried before - seeing a clear, low-risk path to commitment When the whole OS is built around the creator showing up at full intensity, that's when you get creators quitting and going into other business models. And you're left with nothing. The fix is so simple: Take the time to audit and redesign every step in the buyer journey Do it right once, you achieve revenue stability and the sales team can execute at a higher level without constant oversight And the entire offer scales without depending on the creator needing to touch every conversation

most sales team speed to lead sucks i opted into a funnel that does $1 million a month a setter with a south american accent called me after 2 hours with the worst objection handling ive ever heard cant imagine how much money businesses are losing by not having well trained setters and recruiting average sales people its surprising how many huge businesses do this

ramping time for closers half the time is a myth one of the first closers i ever placed on an offer collected $130k in 30 days under my training good offer + good lead flow + lots of analysis from the closer creates really fast turnaround times for elite performers if your closers take 3 months to ramp and half of them leave in month 2 you dont have a business you just have a recruitment hamster wheel

every time i speak to a business owner that has a 8 person sales team generating $300k a month revenue they cant believe that a good closer collects that in a month alone elite recruiting is by far the biggest lever to pull in this space. the game is very easy when one good person can carry your entire business on their back
