@OldHollowTree Cayenne is very useful for a host of inflammatory related issues. Topically as a counter irritant. Sometimes consumed to increase blood flow. Interestingly an odd use is to help abnormal uterine bleeding (powder in water several times per day). None of this is medical advice btw
