There is ZERO difference between having a 50-year mortgage and renting. Prove me wrong.

@brokemevapepen @ImBreckWorsham All those costs are built into the rent plus some so landlord can earn a living. It’s just spread out and the renter is basically paying insurance wrapped up in the “rent”

@ImBreckWorsham When you rent you don't have to pay property tax & the landlord is responsible for maintenance & most repairs. So the 50 year death pledge sounds worse.

@ImBreckWorsham Valid point except the 50 years of costs for maintenance and major appliances replacement would add up. Renting would average it out and when you pass no property heirs would need to deal with. One could ether way just buy if you want to own rent if you don’t care.

We are all paying for this. $350 a month to buy weight loss drugs for the elderly. We could spend that same money to buy them a steak every day.

@SherylMarie71 @ImBreckWorsham Furthest from a cure. Only “cure” would to eat healthy food. Not food with a label that make you think it’s healthy. Less packaged food with harmful ingredients. There has never been a safe weight loss drug ever. Eat food that does not come with a list of side effects

@ImBreckWorsham I can’t lie. Ozempic and related meds are miracle drugs that need to be made affordable. The obesity epidemic in this country is so bad that if a weekly injection cures that, then so be it. I’m all for it.

@joeroganhq While I agree with most of the posts here, that her "food" selection is ummm.... questionable. Her point is valid, and if she had bought real food, meat, vegetables, milk and such, there would be less food on that counter.

@EricLDaugh Hold up. RFK Jr. flipped the script?! 😤 Weight loss drugs help no one and have a track record of causing more harm than good. Just more fuel for the drug zombies. Did MAHA sell out? Or pragmatic? Spill: hypocrisy or strategy? 🔥💊🤔 #MAHA #OzempicFlip #DrugZombies

@EricLDaugh Just eat and live a healthier life. The cost of medical insurance would drastically reduce if we simply ate healthy. Healthy people pay the same and use services far less. The healthcare system needs healthy people to subsidize the unhealthy. Make it make sense…
