I've said it since it began and it proves to be true now. The DCU should have begun with the trinity, each getting a solo film. Nothing less, that's how you get legs under a brand new universe.
It's like a sports team playing their backups to begin the year, you won't even get to the playoffs by not giving your superstars playing time. Yes let these lesser known shine too, but if you don't give them a foundation...nobody will be seeing them
