It's good to have goals but don't put yourself down, Red. You are a good man buddy. I went thru this myself in my life. Just remember to always put family 1st before a career. I made this mistake so just a little wisdom. I know exactly what you are feeling. I would start with what you want to accomplish and make a schedule for it allowing for off time to spend with family and your own personal time needed as well. You got this but it's all about a structured system. Do too much of one and it all falls apart.
