Current environment it depends how flagrant you are about it. If you show up smelling like weed daily, you’re done. Drug tests are every month on a random-ish day and different soldiers are selected each time, you could easily get away with it.
But during wartime (since we’re speaking around the context of a draft), I would bet that you could mostly fly by. If we’re drafting folks, I would imagine drug use (especially weed) is not a major concern lmao. Some speculation, but I think history agrees with me.

@onlyfiends I understand what the regulations, etc. might say. There 4 in my platoon with failed drug tests and I know of 2 other throughout the company.
Obviously, it’s up to your specific leadership, but if we’re in a wartime environment they would care even less.
