I’m fasting rn but lately I’ve been in a binge cycle but for April I was planning on restricting far more but since I’ve been binging should I do this instead ?? but I wanna lose the weight as quick as possible I’m sick of not being locked in

peak diet: don’t count calories. be nonchalant. eat 1 or 2 meals a day. have a banana if you want to. don’t count oat milk calories (they are not real). chug tea and water because it’s good and it feels good and tastes good. be kind and productive and weigh yourself 1x/week tops
