At yesterday’s Senate hearing, I shared a story that every American entrepreneur already knows too well. You build something great. You invest your own money, blood, sweat, and tears. You prove it in the U.S. market. Then, BOOM — one day you wake up and see your product, your innovation, being sold on Alibaba. Knocked off. Branded like yours, but you’re not getting a single dollar. This is the reality for thousands of American small businesses. And it’s been happening for decades. I’m done watching American entrepreneurs get steamrolled. If Chinese companies want access to our legal system, then it’s time we get access to theirs. Until then? 400% tariffs.
