Grant Cardone says he would rather die than take out a billion dollar loan for a heart transplant
"I'm not doing that, I'mma have the heart attack"
"I have $2.2 billion of debt, I would not take a billion dollar loan out for a fucking new heart"
"I'mma die anyway bro… I ain't worried about dying dude, I'm coming back, I'll be back in three hours"

@lukebelmar I’m currently debating between NYC and Miami. Anyone (who has lived there) have any advice?

@ulyssescapital @W98AB I believe he did it to help clean his company’s reputation to gain trust from new partners and banks. Also to cover his ass from legal implications from previous partners. So not really a fame grab but rather a damage control job.

My boy just bagged a corporate job and called me hyped.
"Ac, I'm set for life"
$140K/year. Benefits. 401k match. Corner office.
I congratulated him but I had to show him the math.
$140K salary = $8,750/month after tax
$2,800 rent
$650 car payment (Audi A4)
$280 insurance
$180 gas
$1,200 DoorDash
$400 eating out
$200 gym
$120 subscriptions
$1,500 bottle service
$900 barber (2x a week)
$500 going out
$200 random expenses
He's left with $820.
Daycare? $2,000/month.
Now he's -$1,180 every month.
$140K/year is survival, bro.
how about you setup a store

@Mr_Blue_Tiger @simonsquibb Maybe she wants to make a living playing the piano which comes by being famous? And by having playing piano as her job she can have more time to “master her craft”.
English

@simonsquibb she doesn’t want to be a famous pianist
she wants the attention that comes from being a famous pianist
Mozart didn’t say I want to become a famous pianist
he said I want to be the best at my craft

Let me get this straight:
The U.S dollar was strong because it was the currency oil was traded in.
Then, bitcoin tanks and Trump begins to build a bitcoin reserve.
Then, the war Iran disrupts trade of oil.
Now, ships have to pay a fee to cross the Strait of Hormuz… in bitcoin.
Was this all a ploy to initiate the bitcoin and digital currency use.

Hot take: We messed up getting rid of landline phones.
Idk… back then, when you weren’t by the phone, you were actually unreachable.
No emails. No “quick question.” No work at 10 PM.
Now work and stupid notifications follow me everywhere.
Dinner. Bedtime. Even on vacation.
I feel like we didn’t just gain convenience but we also lost our boundaries.
Honestly… landlines made it much easier and should make a comeback.

@lukebelmar Your integrity is worth more than cheating for the sake of winning. Win fair.
