My wife accused me of having an affair because I was waking up at 4:45am every morning and coming home looking like a different person. When she followed me one morning she found something she wasn't expecting. For three months she watched me transform. My face leaned out. My eyes got clearer. My energy was through the roof. I lost 35 pounds without ever telling her I was dieting. Because I wasn't dieting. She assumed the worst. New woman. New motivation to look good. The classic story. So one morning she followed me. She found me standing in the backyard in my underwear in December. Barefoot on the grass. Breathing in a pattern she had never heard. Then I walked to a chest freezer I had converted into an ice bath and lowered myself into 34 degree water. She watched me sit in ice for 4 minutes while doing controlled breathing. Then I got out, did 20 minutes of slow movement in the cold air, and went inside. That was the whole routine. That was the affair. Cold exposure triggers a 200-300% spike in norepinephrine. That's the alertness chemical. The one that makes you feel like the world is in high definition. It stays elevated for hours. The breathing protocol I was doing before the cold, Wim Hof style hyperventilation followed by breath holds, floods the blood with oxygen and makes the body alkaline. The combination of the breathing and the cold creates a drug-like state. Euphoria. Clarity. Energy that lasts all day. The weight loss happened because cold exposure activates brown fat. Brown fat burns calories to generate heat. My body was burning hundreds of extra calories a day just trying to stay warm. My wife went from suspicious to curious to joining me within two weeks. She said the woman who walks into work after that protocol is not the same woman who used to drag herself out of bed at 7:30. The most powerful pharmacy on earth is a chest freezer and your own lungs. Nobody will ever prescribe it because there's nothing to sell.

Warren Buffett said the difference between successful people and really successful people is that really successful people say no to almost everything. I ignored this for 2 years and it nearly destroyed what I was building. I thought more was better. More projects. More platforms. More ideas running at the same time. I was doing 10 things at 60% instead of 2 things at 100%. Every week someone pitched me an opportunity. A new venture. A collaboration. A side project. I said yes to all of it because saying no felt like leaving money on the table. My revenue was spread across 6 income streams. None of them were growing. All of them demanded attention. I was busy every hour of the day and building nothing. Then I found the Buffett quote. And next to it, his partner Charlie Munger saying something even sharper: "The big money is not in the buying or selling, but in the waiting." Waiting means sitting with one thing long enough for compounding to work. You can't compound something you keep abandoning for the next shiny opportunity. I cut 4 of the 6 income streams in one week. Terrifying. Felt like throwing money away. Focused everything on the 2 that had the most potential. Within 3 months those 2 streams generated more than all 6 combined ever did. Every yes is a no to something else. Every new project is attention stolen from the one that was about to break through. The most productive word in business isn't hustle. It's no. Buffett has said no to thousands of deals worth billions. He's worth $130 billion because of the deals he didn't do, not the ones he did.

I showed my girlfriend what AI can generate from a single photo of her face. She went quiet for 10 minutes and then asked me to delete everything. One photo. That's all the AI needed. It generated her in 50 different outfits. In 30 different locations she's never visited. Standing on a beach in Bali. Sitting in a Paris cafe. Wearing clothes she doesn't own. In poses she never posed for. Each image was photorealistic. Not "kind of looks like her." Indistinguishable from a real photograph. You could post any of them on Instagram and nobody would question it. Then I showed her what else it could do. Age her face 30 years. Make her look 16 again. Put her face on a magazine cover. Place her in a crowd at an event she never attended. That's when she went silent. Not because it was cool. Because she realized that every photo of every woman on the internet can now be used to generate anything. Any context. Any setting. Any scenario. Without consent. Without knowledge. The same tool that can create beautiful portraits for a wedding album can fabricate evidence of someone being somewhere they never were. We're not ready for this. The technology is already here. The ethics are about 10 years behind. And most people still think AI is just a chatbot that helps with homework.

Anthropic is making a very business-driven decision, one focused on scaling, and not at all an ethical business decision, despite the image it has always tried to project. It is trying to monopolize cybersecurity as a product so it can resell it at a higher price to the highest bidder. It is trying to block all users from using even the slightest mention of the word "cyber" because it does not want anyone training other models on their models. It is trying to exclude all of us users from using such an important resource, making it available only to a select few. You will probably tell me that this is what businesses do: they scale, they sell to the highest bidder. But here we are on a completely different level. REMEMBER that Anthropic trained all of its previous and new models ON OUR DATA. NO ONE paid us for OUR DATA, which THEY stole. So why should such an important resource be monopolized so it can be resold only to a few? Public data is a common good, data that can be found across the vast internet, whose identity they stripped away before feeding it into a human meat grinder. Hands down, the worst decision this company could have made.

We’re rolling out changes to make Fable 5’s safeguards for frontier LLM development visible. Starting this week, flagged requests will visibly fall back to Opus 4.8—the same as our safeguards for cyber and bio. You will see this every time it happens. On the API, any flagged requests will return a reason for their refusal (coming to server-side fallback in the next few days). We wanted to deploy Fable 5 to our users quickly and safely. Visible safeguards can be probed, so they have to be robust, which takes time to get right. Invisible safeguards can be targeted more narrowly, allowing us to ship quickly with very few false positives. We went with invisible safeguards for this reason—and that was the wrong tradeoff. You should have visibility into the safeguards we have in place, and why. We’re sorry for not getting the balance right. Making the safeguards visible makes them easier to work around, so keeping them robust to jailbreaks will unfortunately mean more false positives while we improve the classifiers. We're also tuning our bio and cyber classifiers to trigger less often on harmless requests. We know this is frustrating and we’ll do our best to keep this period as short as possible. If you think a request has been mistakenly flagged: run /feedback in Claude Code, click thumbs-down on the fallback in Claude.ai or Cowork, or file the safeguard appeal form for API requests. Your reports help us tune these classifiers and we appreciate your feedback. support.claude.com/en/articles/82…

🐋 WHALE WATCH: $BTC is holding critical structural support while compressing against a macro descending trendline. On the upside the immediate focus is breaking the heavy resistance structure. On the downside losing the current floor opens a clear void down to the 49351 major support. Which level gets hit first ?

🐋 WHALE WATCH: Whales completely dominated the recent drop on Bitcoin. Data shows they took up over 61% of all buying volume between 60k and 61k. While retail traders were panic selling the dip big players were aggressively absorbing the supply. This tells you exactly where the smart money sees value for $BTC. Did you buy the 60k area with them ?

World Cup starts tomorrow. $3B is about to flood Polymarket. 99% will bet on outcomes. 1% will just provide liquidity and collect yield. Here’s the play: Place orders around the midpoint. Sit. Get paid three ways—LP rewards, maker rebates, airdrop eligibility. No prediction needed. No outcome risk. People are pulling 1,450% APY on individual days right now. You’re not betting on France. You’re the casino, not the gambler. The edge closes once everyone figures it out. So it’s now or the next time the biggest pool of the year opens. Spend 5 minutes understanding market-making before the crowd shows up.

Anyone else watching AI crypto closely? bittensor:native (Bittensor) is starting to stand out. • ~$215 price • ~$2.1B market cap • 9.6M circulating / 21M max supply What makes it interesting: TAO isn’t trying to be the GPUs, agents, or apps. It’s building the intelligence layer. 128+ live Subnets where AI models compete, improve, and earn rewards. Some are already generating real usage and revenue. My simple framework: • bittensor:native = Intelligence • ethereum:0x6de037ef9ad2725eb40118bb1702ebb27e4aeb24 = Compute • ethereum:0xaea46a60368a7bd060eec7df8cba43b7ef41ad85 /ASI = Agents • Most others = Tools or narratives If AI crypto becomes a real industry, value should flow toward the best intelligence. Question is: does TAO become the base layer for decentralized AI? 1️⃣ Bullish on TAO 2️⃣ Prefer another AI coin?

🐋 WHALE WATCH: Michael Saylor keeps reminding everyone that $BTC is about economic empowerment. While traders obsess over short term charts the macro narrative never changes. 🐋 WHALE WATCH: Wall Street is accelerating its shift toward automated research. An 18 billion dollar hedge fund is replacing human analysts with hundreds of AI bots to find market trends. The tools will handle everything from basic stock research to forecasting future price moves. 🐋 WHALE WATCH: Bitcoin just put in its worst weekly candle since the FTX collapse in 2022. According to Bloomberg reports the recent selling pressure has wiped out a massive amount of market value. We have not seen this kind of consecutive red closing data in a long time. Historically these extreme flushes are what it takes to clear out late leverage and find a true floor. Are you buying this drop or waiting for lower targets ?
