@stevemagness @coachgambetta He was a life-changing mentor. Two lessons I learned from Bob and have taken into teaching: 1. Be careful about what you teach your body to do. It’s a quick learner. 2. Listen to your body and make adjustments. Don’t be a victim the original plan.

Dang. Really sad to hear this. Bob was my summer/winter coach through high school and college. He was a great coach who had a big impact on my life. RIP Bob Schul.

Alivia Allen smashed the school record in the shot put on her home turf on the first day of the 2024 SAA Outdoor Track & Field Championships. The senior threw 13.08 on her sixth attempt to win the event! The previous record was held by Jaydan Hunt '21 (12.23m, 2019)
