It has been one year since @PresidentBio was sworn in as the President of the Republic of #SierraLeone for a second term. During this period, political opponents, party loyalists, pundits, and ordinary citizens have shared varying opinions. In fact, today we are all encouraged to take stock of the wins: 1) Approval with symbolic cheque of $136 million from Global Fund 2) Launching of $499 million electricity generation projects 3) 20m+ ultra-modern hospital for children opened in Lumley 4) Implementation agreement signed with China for the construction of a $50 million modern fish harbor complex at Black Johnson 5) Mobilized $840 million for energy and agriculture 6) $480 million MCC Compact approved And more... But what does all of this really mean, and are these enough to convince all of us of a hopeful future?
