belift is probably so happy it only took two weeks for this fandom to completely fall apart

jungwon loves engenes—we all know that. he is going through the most difficult time of his career right now, and he probably wants to be able to come on live, talk to us, and take his mind off of everything. imagine how he must feel when he wants to read and respond to comments, but all he sees are numbers and people fighting? genuinely, how do you think that makes him feel? have you guys considered that this is hard for him in just about a million different ways, but also because he's watching engenes split down the middle and go at each other's throats? he's watching, in real time, the fans that he adores and looks to for comfort tear each other apart. if there is a time and place to talk about this issue, a member's live is NOT it. they probably just want some semblance of normalcy, and we can't even give them that because of our own selfishness. whether you're ot7, ot6, or a solo stan doesn't matter when it comes to this. NOBODY should be spamming the comments so bad that he has to address it. we should be comforting him, not giving him a first class seat to watching the fandom that he loves destroy itself.

can we stop with the “touch your ear if you want heeseung back” comments? these types of comments are what make the members afraid of going live. every tiny movement they make will get taken out of context.

We are all working toward something, but that does not give anyone the right to overstep their boundaries. Templates, tags, and other posts can be shared across all social media platforms, directed to the proper accounts that need to see them, not on the members’ family accounts, staff accounts, producers, or unrelated artists’ accounts. We ask that Weverse be left alone, especially on the members’ posts and during live streams, particularly when all they want is to communicate with fans. What they need to see there are encouraging messages, appreciation, and reassurance. They do not need spam posts or reminders of what they are currently going through. Have some respect and shame. That is their space, so respect it.

just to clear things up (please correct me if im wrong) jungwon saying not to spam numbers shouldn’t be demotivating. i think it would piss anyone off who has been going through tough times to open an app, go live to talk to his beloved fans only to see them spamming 6 and 7 instead of TALKING TO HIM. okay listen, i think he meant it as a number game because people were spamming both enha is 6 and enha is 7, which gets pretty annoying when you're trying to read comments. see he wanted to interact with us but all people spammed was numbers (6 AND 7) so he told us to stop
