Say his name: JOHNNY HURLEY. June 21, 2021 in Olde Town Arvada, Colorado. Johnny Hurley was shopping inside the nearby Army Navy Surplus Store when he heard shots fired. He ran outside into the square with his concealed handgun, closing the distance to roughly 40 to 50 feet while instructing bystanders to get down. From this distance, Hurley fired six rounds, striking and fatally neutralizing the gunman. We are told that moments after stopping the threat, Hurley crouched down and picked up the gunman’s AR-15 rifle to disarm it. Arvada Police Officer Kraig Brownlow—who was stationed inside a nearby substation roughly 75 to 100 feet away—mistook Hurley for an active shooter and fired the fatal shot from behind. People of Colorado are alive today because of Hurley. Continue to speak his name. Continue to learn from his bravery and courage. Continue to carry arms and train to defend life. This piece of shit Donald Stickens took his girlfriend’s 9-year-old golden retriever named Stella and beat the hell out of her. Lifted her clean off the ground by the leash around her neck, dropped her, then punched her in the head over and over. Doorbell camera caught every second of it outside the apartment they shared. Stella made it through but she paid for it. Torn knee ligament, probably worse on the inside. People who saw it said this wasn’t even the first time he went after her. He got the max. Five years in state prison for felony animal cruelty. Good. Real good. Guys like this don’t belong walking around free.
