@xLucyKIOF She probably doesn't feel that way because the song was just meant to be like that. I believe it's inspired by 2010s pop? I'm not too sure but it's intentional. But for a song called Get Loud, I understand why people expected more.

Oh, I'm just stupid. So its a case of all choruses are hooks but all hooks are not choruses*- Always wondered. I wonder if Belle feels the same way about Get Loud as she feels about Countdown. She's always critical about song compositions. She arranged Countdown for live performances and was happier with it. And I they rearranged Get Loud for AAA 2024 (tho they always rearrange their songs for award showcases). Maybe she shares your opinion.

Oh, really? Cuz like that Natty-Julie bridge is imo Natty's best performance piece and the sheer energy in that final chorus is very addictive to me. I also love the choreo. Maybe we're just spoiled by a lot of high vocal bridges featuring Natty-Belle and Belle-Haneul.

@xLucyKIOF The bridge to last chorus part was what saved the song for me. If that part didn't exist it wouldn't have grown on me, and they were smart for using that in their album trailer too since it is the best part.

@xLucyKIOF Like the chorus was giving beats and percussions with the members' singing and that's it. It feels empty and feels like there could be more added to it. Maybe a louder sounding instrument or some adlibs just like the one in the last chorus would've done it.

This was striking to me when I started Genshin. I did NOT expect what I imagined to be a cheap BoTW-like to flesh out its world so admirably. The design, the lore, the music... They all play their part, allowing Genshin to truly achieve what Tolkien calls "secondary belief".
