We have a nullification of a Basic Law without authority, and we have an entire doctrine—"the bureaucrat as leader"—under which the High Court of Justice, led by Amit, has weakened elected officials vis-à-vis bureaucrats. And therefore, they are building outdated tactics of trench warfare, like in World War I—tactics that do not lead to results, but only to stalemate and even deterioration. As an international researcher in the field of comparative constitutional law, I declare that what is happening in Israel is nothing less than a "mutiny" by the juristocrats against the fundamental principle of democracy: the sovereignty of the people. It must appoint a special prosecutor to investigate the affair, such as Attorney David Bitton, Attorney Tzion Amir, or Attorney Ro'i Kahlon, and establish a judicial tribunal to accompany requests for arrest warrants against those who, allegedly, are acting against the people's sovereignty—Gali Baharav-Miara and Yitzhak Amit. And let no one say that I did not suggest a direction for exhausting legal proceedings before turning to Trump. We are in the month of Nisan, the month in which the people of Israel went from slavery to freedom (in Nisan they were redeemed, and in Nisan they are destined to be redeemed), and if the politicians do not do what is required—of a professional standard and out of a sober understanding of reality—I will do what is required to take the people of Israel from juristocratic slavery to democratic freedom.
