@_ayandamay Interstate - they have the "I" in the name, like I-20. Owned by federal government. Freeway - usually applies to Interstate roads. No cross streets. Restricted entry/exit. Highway - typically within a state but not always. Not owned by the feds. Intersections, driveways, etc.

I honestly don't know the difference between highway, freeway and interstate. All I know is I'm driving & I'm on a road.
