December 10, I decided to surprise my man with a vow renewal/celebration of love for being married for three years!!! And oh boy was he surprised.

The primary cause of unhappiness is never the situation but your thoughts about it.

There are some roles in life you can only step into when you first dare to imagine yourself as that. Not because you’re pretending but because vision is the doorway to becoming. Believe it first.
Become it next.

You do not become good by trying to be good, but by finding the goodness that is already within you, and allowing that goodness to emerge.

In one of the Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy books, there's a scene where a planet is doomed — so they divide society into three groups to evacuate: #1: the best and brightest #2: management consultants and marketing execs #3: builders and doers The planet sends off Ship 2 first, convincing them they are the best folks to start populating a new world. But then you slowly realize that Ships 1 and 3 never actually intend to follow behind them... because the original planet has never actually been in danger. They just wanted the consultants gone. 😂

Then you realize that you will never be the person you were before; you would be a better version of who you are now, physically, mentally, emotionally.

However, for some reason, you just find yourself doing it you know. I mean you wake up EVERYDAY and you are like WTAF; but still you are killing it any which way.

Becoming a mother is like rebirth of some sort. Physical changes, emotional upgrades, spiritual updates, mental expansion all in one has happened. Really it’s a lot that nothing in the world prepares you for.

Not me pretending to be asleep by shutting my eyes hoping my baby sees my eyes are shut and goes to sleep. JOKE!

Everytime I feel like I can’t do this no more, your face when you wake up changed everything. And I melt all over again. 🫠🫠🫠
