Friendly reminder: this is easily affordable. Feels like it could be beneficial to the entire operation.

One thing I find weird is UFC employed just one and now only two matchmakers. These matchmakers also serve as de facto scouts. They rely on managers to tell them who is good because they have no time. Pro sports teams have an entire scouting department. Feels like UFC should, too
