The UG Communications Dept. State of the Ghanaian Media report makes for interesting and stark reading. A significant number of journalists are existing in opaque and horrid workspaces, and a lot needs to change. But most of us knew that already.

Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology in Kumasi, Ghana is the first African university to reach the final of the World Universities Debate Competition. They finished second in Madrid, Spain in January. They qualified for the semi finals last year.
