With 2024 coming to a close, here's a few #HaloInfinite Forge maps I finished last year: 12v12 map: "Stormlight" 4v4 maps: "Lustrous" and "Worldbender" Currently working on another art update for my reimagination of Halo 4's "Haven", called "Galahad". Here's to 2025!

@rockisinfinite In hindsight, Reach and 3 both had pretty limited customization. I'm personally very happy that you can create all of 3/Reach's Spartans in Infinite along with all new combinations, especially with how limited most games nowadays are customization-wise.

I'll be the guy to say it. Halo Infinite Spartans look like toddlers who found crayons compared to actual Halo Spartans. Nothing against this person in particular and I'm happy they found their look they like. I disagree with this art direction, and the playercount does too.

@DesertLightnin @NilesSankey I think you misread my post. Not about lore accuracy whatsoever, but I'm saying that Noble 6 in the cutscene looked cooler than the game itself, which violates the rule. The rule was: "Never make the player in the cinematic feel more "badass" than the actual game."

A few of us at Bungie had an unspoken rule about Halo cinematics: Never make the player in the cinematic feel more "badass" than the actual game. We don't want players thinking "I wish that's how the game actually felt". Cinematics should serve the gameplay, not compete w it.

@Unyshek -Loved the reflectivity of the Forerunner materials, the purpleness of the Spirit, and especially the water and terrain. Chief looks he came straight out of a Blur cutscene, but it's in real-time. -Would love to see more stars in the daytime sky, skybox was still great though

My honest impression of seeing the new Halo Campaign Evolved is this: I absolutely love where this is going. The game looks and feels genuine. It's gorgeous in a way I wish we could have built it originally back in 2001. It warms my heart to see Halo CE like this.

@Lucid_TW Definitely some interesting tech there, was able to replicate with the Quantum. A well-placed plasma can destroy a portal's visual indicator. Also, if someone else gets on top of that portal, it'll just teleport you next to the portal in the closest cardinal direction.

@Skisma_ Do you have the Nvidia app installed? My settings used to constantly change, turns out it was because the Nvidia app kept applying its "recommended" settings for the game every time it launched. Had to mess with the app for a bit so it would stop.

Twice now Infinite has automatically updated my graphic settings to be high and ultra. Has anyone else dealt with this? It's really frustrating starting up a stream and having it be all choppy.
