この本、とにかく面白かった。もっとその面白さを的確に表現したいが、読んでいてすべての内容を頭に残したいと思った。そして、話の順序建てが良いのか、すーっと頭に入ってくる構成になっていた。すごくロジカルで明快な本で、内容の面白さもあるが、伝え方もすごく上手い。

「疲労とはなにか」というの本を読んだのだけど、おもしろくて感動した。疲労の原因やメカニズムにまるで推理小説のように迫っていくロジカルな話の展開も明快で、読んでいてワクワクした。個人的に悩んでいた疲労と鬱とコロナ後遺症の関係性も明確になって救われた。 amzn.to/4jTcF4C
