YOU GOTTA GET DIRTY Perfect is the enemy of velocity. And velocity is the only thing that actually makes you money. You sit for weeks and week “dialling in” a cold email copy. Tweaking words. Rewriting the subject line. Running it through 4 AI tools. Meanwhile your competition wrote 2 sentences, hit send, and is already on their 15th sales call. You don’t get paid for being right. You get paid for motion. Perfect is a hiding place. It feels productive: “We’re refining the offer” “We’re tightening the messaging” “We’re almost ready” No - you’re not. You’re avoiding contact with the market. You are SCARED... The market doesn’t reward polish. It rewards: - Speed - Volume - Feedback - Iteration You know what actually happens when you move fast? You get punched in the face. - Bad replies - No replies - Confusion - Rejection Good. That’s data. That’s signal. And it happens no matter what! YOU GOTTA GET DIRTY Ship it. Then fix it. Then scale it. That’s the game.

here’s a good one this client has been with us more than 2 years now 30 domains >> 15 are in production at any given time (meaning we keep half as backup // rotating) 2 inboxes per domain gives us 30 active inboxes don’t send more than 20 emails / day / inbox = raw send capacity of north 12k emails a month… that’s 6.5k to 7.5k contacts you’ll need from Apollo.io - don’t cheap out, buy good data hit them with a 2 sentence email you get 1.5 seconds to pique their interest - that's the window another few seconds to elicit a reply - at least get them to check you out don’t over complicate your outreach this is shorter than an elevator pitch we're not selling, we're not explaining you can impress them later, for now we are just starting the conversation 12k emails out the door - maybe 1% reply and ~a little more than half of those replies are interesting client is in for $70k // $90k annually and printing 7 figures ROI it's not rocket science BUT... it is science it is art and it is real hard work from a killer team

great outbound sales outreach starts with great inbound organic You did your job; you landed in their inbox. It's the *right* decision maker's inbox. And your copy scratches an itch... Then they googled you. And you died right there. No pipeline. No deal. No explanation. Just silence. This is what actually happens... Cold email creates interest. Interest seeks validation. Validation decides reply rates. Not your sequence. Not your subject line. your presence There’s a second search happening. Nobody talks about it. Every prospect runs it. Website. LinkedIn. Content. Signals. They’re asking one question: "Who the hell are you!" Most fail that check. Dead LinkedIn. No point of view. No proof you exist outside their inbox. So the deal never even starts. The shift is obvious if you actually do this. Outbound is not a channel. It’s a trigger. You’re not generating leads. You’re earning belief. And belief is built before the reply. If you’re running outbound right now: Every send should assume they will look you up. Every message should match what they find. Your profile NEEDS to close the gap.

We are entering a phase where knowledge compounds faster than our intuition, and future arrives before society has fully adjusted to the present. Our brains evolved to understand gradual change, but AI, biotech, gene editing, robotics, BCI, fusion, longevity research, quantum science, and automation are advancing exponentially, so outcomes arrive earlier and stronger than we intuitively expect.

JUNE 2028. The S&P is down 38% from its highs. Unemployment just printed 10.2%. Private credit is unraveling. Prime mortgages are cracking. AI didn’t disappoint. It exceeded every expectation. What happened? citriniresearch.com/p/2028gic

We will use Grok 3.5 (maybe we should call it 4), which has advanced reasoning, to rewrite the entire corpus of human knowledge, adding missing information and deleting errors. Then retrain on that. Far too much garbage in any foundation model trained on uncorrected data.
