Wyatt Miles carried a No-hit bid into the seventh inning versus Marshfield tonight. He surrendered two one out hits before striking out the final two batters. Mikes finished with 15 strikeouts and no walks. Cuyler Soppe, Noah Chmielewski, Mitch Danielski, and Chris Wiesman 2 hits

Evergreens beat Marshfield today 11-0 in 5 innings. Nate Langbehn tossed a one hit, six strikeout performance on 56 pitches. Eight different Evergreens had hits with doubles by Cuyler Soppe and Mitch Danielski.

Nick Cotter also had a pair of hits. The Evergreens pitching staff lowered their team ERA to 2.28 on the season.

LF Jeff Borchardt ran smack into the foul pole while chasing it down. He went down. CF Dave Gibbs ran over, grabbed the ball in foul territory and threw home, but it was too late. Bandow had an inside-the-park, two-run home run. @dcebaseball finished 7-8 on the 1972 season. (2/2)

The Evergreens improved to 10-9 with a 6-0 victory over Merrill today. Hayden Davidowski, Braxton Olson and Noah Chmielewski combined on the four hit shutout. Chris Wiesman, Brock Babiash and Davidowski all had two hit apiece. DCE will face Marshfield tomorrow

Big win in the valley tonight! DCE 11 , Merrill 3. Brock Babiash threw 5 innings of three hit ball. Brock walked 4 and struck out 6 and gave up 2 unearned runs. Cuyler Soppe, Preston Miller and Wyatt Miles each had two hits apiece. DCE stole 11 bases in the game.
