Also mind you I went there bc I thought that those groups sessions would help with the new stuff it just doesn’t really work for me clearly I did not ask for the changes

They changed the rules of the group and the way the session would go but first of all I have a really hard time with change and with something like this it’s even harder

Okey so I did predict it but I got sent away from my group therapy and look I know it’s partly my fault but some things where not communicated well with me

I need to take a shit but I’m at therapy and like idk how long I’ll be gone for then it’s awkward

Soooo they will not be really happy with me at bed treatment…
